i won't let this pull me down. 

i know i'm stronger than this.

1.    to de-stress.
2.    to think about myself more often.
3.    to be more patient with myself.
4.    to be satisfied with what i have.
5.    to learn to count my blessings.
6.    to realize that i don't have to push so hard - that what i need most is to just move and grow in my own pace.
7.    to remember to stop comparing myself with other people.
8.    to remember that communication unlocks many doors.
9.    to start setting goals for myself and
10.  to not necessarily build my dreams around others albeit it's always good to consider them when planning
11.  to remember that just because a door closed, it doesn't mean i'm trapped in that room forever; that there will always be another open door
          or window, or if need be, i can create either one.
12.  to keep in mind that walking away doesn't mean ending relationships.
13.  to be more positive and stop being so pessimistic and suspicious.
14.  to learn to trust again.
15.  to remember that relationships are two-way streets and that i can't drive both cars at the same time.
16.  to keep a mental note that i can't please everyone no matter how hard i try.
17.  to learn to be more spontaneous and not easily panic when things don't go as planned.
18.  to learn to have fun while taking things in stride.
19.  to learn when to accept invitations and when to say "no" (more for my sake) no matter if it pisses other people off.
20.  TO LOVE MYSELF MORE.

met up with arsenicgraffiti and xcytheria the other day to go to mangaholix '08 at smx convention center near the mall of asia.

we got delayed a bit considering i went out the night before with my niichan and got home around 5am the same day i was going to meet up with the girls by 10am. so yeah, got to our meeting place round 11am. but hey, i gave 'em a heads up message that i was going to be late. :P

anyways, we met at gateway and waited until around 12 for the last of us to get there and commuted our way to moa. *nods*

got separated from xcytheria in smx. went home round 5-ish since arsenicgraffiti had to get to gateway before dark. ^^' ate dinner at the food court there, got picked up and went home. :P

i still didn't sleep until around 3am.

hahaha.

well, i suppose it's not all that bad seeing as you still have internet access. but yeah...it's still a little over two hour before you get to board the plane and stuff. *shrug* oh well.

we're on our way to bangkok. it'll be my first time out of the country. i'm kinda excited i guess but i'm apprehensive about the weather. it's been raining and we've been planning on going around bangkok as soon as we get there. hopefully it isn't so bad.

anyways, i'm obviously all better. i've recovered well from my last fever/sore/strep throat thing so we managed to visit my sister at the hospital after she gave birth to her 2nd child - a boy - and ended up staying there longer than expected. the baby was adorable and i was actually supposed to post pics and another lj entry but yeah...:P i got lazy. ^_^' maa. i'll do that maybe next time or when i have the time.

for now, i'm off to bangkok. matta ne!

as for me, i am sick. currently sporting a 38.6 degree fever so i had to cancel all my plans this week. T_T oh well. i shall do my spot-hunting either later this week or when we get back from bangkok. too bad i couldn't give andrew his dslr cam tho. :( i figure he's excited to get it. i shall have to make up for it some other time.

so for now, i go rest some more. i don't want to be sick when it's already time to leave for the trip. :P

so what can i say? i'm back, now officially single and ready to mingle...NOT. haha. well, at least the first part of the statement's true: i *am* back and officially single. and yes, i'm happy...or rather in the state where as if a heavy burden has been lifted off my shoulders or something. it's like the thing that's been hanging above my head has been cut off and i find myself still alive after having the big, heavy object fall all over me. true, i have my moments when i feel "blah" but more or less, i'm fine. alive. relieved. everything dandy. so that's that, i suppose. i promised myself this'd be the last that i'd speak about this and i think i'll stop talking about it right this moment.

on to other matters: it's been a relatively busy summer. and that's considering i'm not taking summer classes or a job this year. i've been to antipolo, cebu and in about another week, my family and i will be leaving for bangkok. so...retail therapy. <3 <3 <3 heeheehee. kidding. we will go shopping - that's for sure. and sight seeing. and all the other stuff regular tourists do, i guess.

anyways, cebu was simply wonderful.i was there for about 6 days but managed to get around only for about 3 days since initially we went for a conference of sorts for a particular art i've been studying. and well...nothing much happened really. just good company, superb food, wonderful beach, lovely sights. heaven. :P (pictures are posted in http://seiyumi.multiply.com/photos/album/4/cebu_pictures_19_-_24_april_2008)
